The cuvée, made from selected white grape varieties, is produced using a base of white wine and then refined through a second fermentation using the Charmat method. This process preserves the wine’s freshness and fruitiness and ensures its fine, lively perlage. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., Mionetto VIVO Cuvée Blue Extra Dry is fresh, harmonious and well-balanced.
