The Minuty M Côtes de Provence Rosé Lucia Vinti 2025 12.5% vol. 0.75 l is a limited artist's edition of the famous Cuvée M Rosé from the renowned Château Minuty on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The eye-catching bottle design was created by Italian artist Lucia Vinti and realised in collaboration with French photographer Lisa Raio. During a residency at the winery, the artist immersed herself in the more than 90-year history of Minuty. The winery has been synonymous with elegant Côtes de Provence rosé wines since 1936 and the illustration for this edition picks up on the aromas of the cuvée: bright colours and Mediterranean patterns reflect the lifestyle of the Côte d'Azur and summer tables in Provence.
The rosé wine from the AOP Côtes de Provence is made from a precise blend of the Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%) and Tibouren (5%) grape varieties. The grapes come from various terroirs in the Côtes de Provence, both from coastal vineyards with a maritime influence and from vineyards with a continental influence. After direct pressing, the musts are clarified and fermented at low temperatures to preserve their aromatic purity. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation, which preserves the freshness, precision and lively fruit of the wine.
Typical of the Minuty Rosé style, this vintage is particularly fruity, elegant and accessible. The wine has a clear, brilliant colour with delicate nuances of rose petals and embodies the modern style of Provence rosé wines: precise, fresh and aromatic. With 12.5% alcohol by volume and a recommended drinking temperature of 8-10°C, this Côtes de Provence Rosé is ideal for summertime enjoyment. Its aromatic freshness unfolds particularly well within the first 12 to 18 months after the harvest.
