The 2025 vintage was characterised by changeable weather conditions with frost, hail, periods of heat and cool nights in September. The sustainably and increasingly organically farmed vineyards are cultivated without insecticides and herbicides. After a short maceration period, the wine is fermented in a controlled manner, matured in steel tanks and then aged on the fine lees.
