Villa Sandi La Rivetta 120 Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Brut 11.5% vol. in a 0.75 litre bottle is an elegant and particularly finely structured Prosecco Superiore DOCG from Italy that impressively reflects the excellence of the renowned hills of Valdobbiadene. Produced by the traditional Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco comes from the sunniest vineyards in the famous Prosecco region. The Glera grape variety gives this Italian sparkling wine its elegant freshness, fine fruit and characteristic lightness. The calcareous moraine soils with clay and chalky clay components also provide minerality and precise structure.


The vineyards are cultivated in a double-arch system with around 2,500 vines per hectare, with the yield deliberately limited to a maximum of 120 quintals of grapes per hectare to ensure the highest quality. After gentle pressing of the whole grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 15-16°C. The Extra Brut Prosecco then matures on the fine lees for around 120 days, resulting in its fine perlage and elegant creaminess. At 11.5% vol., Villa Sandi La Rivetta 120 Valdobbiadene DOCG is particularly fresh, precise and dry. The Extra Brut Prosecco style emphasises the clear fruit and elegant minerality of this high-quality Prosecco Superiore.
