The Salzl Rosé Cuvée 2025, 12.5% ABV, in a 0.75-litre bottle, is an expressive and versatile rosé wine from Burgenland that harmoniously combines freshness, fruitiness and elegance. Produced by the renowned Salzl Seewinkelhof winery, this high-quality Austrian rosé cuvée is made from the Zweigelt, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. The grapes come from various soils in the Seewinkel region, including Paratschernosem consisting of loamy sand with a high gravel content, sandy soils and black earth made of loamy silt. This diversity gives the wine its special complexity and balanced structure.


After a short maceration period, the must is separated from the skins without pressure and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C. The wine then matures on the fine lees for two months, resulting in additional creaminess and harmony. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., the Salzl Rosé Cuvée 2025 is fresh, fruit-forward and elegant all at once. The successful combination of juicy fruit, delicate spice and lively acidity makes this Burgenland rosé the ideal companion for warm days and a wide variety of dishes. The wine was bottled in December 2025. When stored under optimal conditions, this premium rosé from Austria has a drinking window from 2026 to 2028.
