Bailoni's traditional liqueur production has been delighting connoisseurs and lovers for generations. To make apricot liqueur, hand-picked, fully ripe and pitted fruit is pressed into apricot juice, which serves as the sole source of flavour, aroma and colour. The freshly harvested apricots are processed so gently that not only the flavour but also many of the vitamins are preserved. The fruit content is twice as high as the legally prescribed 20%, which ensures a particularly intense fruity flavour. In addition, fine apricot distillates give the liqueur a delicate flavour.

Wachauer Gold apricot liqueur is bottled in the traditional and unmistakable box bag bottle. Bailoni Wachau apricot liqueur bears a protected designation of origin and may only be produced in the Wachau region. The traditional family business Bailoni has been distilling at its headquarters in Krems-Stein, directly on the Danube, since 1872. This long tradition and the high quality make Bailoni Wachau apricot liqueur an outstanding product that reflects the genuine craftsmanship of the region.
