Valt Vodka comes from Scotland and shows that this well-known whisky region can also produce high-quality vodka products. The production combines craftsmanship, tradition and precision by distilling Scottish mountain spring water and malted barley into vodka using a five-fold micro-distillation process.

The idea of producing Scottish gin and vodka was born during a visit to a bar when two Scotsmen decided to use their knowledge to create the world's first Scottish single malt vodka. An elaborate process helps this malt vodka to stand out on the market. After being micro-distilled five times, the vodka is stored in oak barrels for three years and then distilled again. Careful filtering processes, sometimes at minus twelve degrees Celsius, ensure a particularly pure vodka.

The entire production process is based on a distillation technique that is over 400 years old, which has been modernised and implemented in a specially equipped distillery. The Strathearn Distillers distillery, located near the shores of Loch Lomond, produces both Valt Single Malt Scottish Vodka and Gilt Gin and is known for its high-quality premium spirits.
