The Redbreast 15 Years Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is one of the most renowned bottlings in the traditional Redbreast series and embodies the high art of Irish whiskey production in a particularly elegant form. Like all Redbreast bottlings, the 15-year-old is based on a blend of malted and unmalted barley, which is processed using the classic single pot still method and then distilled three times in copper pot stills. This traditional production process gives the whiskey its exceptional depth, creaminess and aromatic complexity, making it an outstanding representative of its style.


The 15-year maturation in selected bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks results in a multi-layered flavour profile that harmoniously combines rich fruity notes, warming spices and finely toasted wood aromas. At 46% vol., non-chill-filtered and bottled at natural intensity, the Redbreast 15 is more powerful and complex than the younger 12-year-old, yet remains typically smooth and balanced.
