Description
Description
Blasius Kräuterbitter is a characterful herbal liqueur with 32% alcohol by volume, made from a historically inspired recipe with 56 selected herbs and roots. The traditional recipe goes back to Brother Blasius, a monk from the monastery of the Grey Monks in Neuberg in the Mürztal valley, who possessed in-depth knowledge of the healing powers of local plants over 400 years ago. Today, his name stands for a bitter that combines knowledge, closeness to nature and the traditional art of herbalism.
This herbal bitter is produced by Austrian Brands GmbH, which has been producing high-quality spirits in southern Burgenland since 1978. Originally specialising in regional fruit brandies, the range now also includes fine liqueurs and bitters specialities. The region is known for its sunny orchards and herb-rich flora, which offer ideal conditions for aromatic raw materials. Production is carried out according to the highest standards: IFS-certified, organic-compliant and under strict in-house quality assurance.
Blasius Kräuterbitter impresses with its soothing, strong flavour and tangy Alpine distillates, which can be enjoyed neat as a digestif or in a bar.
