Refinement is carried out according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The Brut vintage sparkling wine matures on the lees for at least 15 months, giving it depth, structure and elegance. The maturation gives the sparkling wine a multi-layered texture and a harmonious balance between freshness and maturity. This Austrian vintage sparkling wine also impresses with its vegan production and a particularly low histamine level of less than 0.1 mg/litre.
