The blend combines 55% Pinot Noir – 18–19% of which is vinified as red wine – with 45% Chardonnay. The cuvée is complemented by 20–25% reserve wines from the two preceding vintages, which ensure additional complexity and continuity. The harmonious blend of the Chardonnay’s freshness and elegance with the structure and character of the Pinot Noir gives Ruinart Rosé Brut its distinctive personality. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., this premium rosé champagne is balanced, lively and multi-layered.
