The cuvée is produced exclusively from the purest grape juice and combines more than 100 selected crus from the Champagne region. The blend consists of over 50% Chardonnay, complemented by 30–35% Pinot Noir and 10–15% Meunier. The exceptionally high proportion of Chardonnay defines Laurent Perrier’s distinctive style and ensures finesse, freshness and an elegant structure. In addition, 15–30% reserve wines are used to ensure the continuity and complexity of the cuvée. After a long ageing period of around 4 years in the house’s cellars, this premium champagne from France develops its remarkable balance and aromatic depth.
