The Kavalan CONCERTMASTER Port Cask Finish Single Malt Whisky 40% vol. 0.7 l + GB combines the innovative spirit of Taiwan’s Kavalan Distillery with the elegant influence of Portuguese port casks. The multi-award-winning distillery, located in Yilan County, is renowned for its exceptional selection of casks and the accelerated maturation process in Taiwan’s subtropical climate. For the Concertmaster Port Cask Finish, the single malt is first matured in carefully selected American oak casks before receiving its finish in Portuguese Ruby Port barriques. This second phase of maturation lends the whisky additional depth, a velvety texture and a natural fruity sweetness. The 0.7 l bottle, presented in a high-quality gift box, makes an excellent gift for connoisseurs of fine single malts.


Thanks to the secondary maturation in Ruby Port barriques, the Kavalan Concertmaster develops an impressive balance of tropical fruit aromas, honey, vanilla and subtle coconut notes.
