Produced according to a traditional family recipe, this gin is based on a recipe dating back to 1740 and is produced in multiple distillations in traditional copper stills. Bottled in an elegant 0.7-litre bottle, the Platinum Edition presents itself as a strong, precisely interpreted version of the Finsbury classic.
Selected botanicals such as juniper berries, citrus fruits, coriander, angelica root and other secret ingredients are used in the production process. The Platinum Edition stands out due to its higher alcohol content and concentrated depth of flavour, making it particularly suitable for classic gin cocktails and sophisticated mixology.
