The Mionetto Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC with 11% vol. in a 0.75-litre bottle is a high-quality sparkling wine from the province of Treviso, made exclusively from the Glera grape variety. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards whose climate and soil structure offer ideal conditions for fresh, aromatic Prosecco base wines. Vinification is carried out according to the Méthode Charmat, in which the base wine is fermented in pressurised tanks. This ensures that the fruity flavour is clearly retained while a fine, lively perlage develops. After maturing for at least 6 months, the result is a particularly elegant brut with a precise structure and fine minerality.


Mionetto has been one of the most renowned producers in the Valdobbiadene region since 1887 and combines an Italian attitude to life, unmistakable bottle design and quality craftsmanship. The Brut from Treviso shows the modern, clear style of the house: light straw yellow in colour, fruity intensity and a particularly harmonious dryness.
