Made from the finest Glera grapes grown in the renowned province of Treviso, this sparkling wine impresses with its exceptional quality and the characteristic signature of Mionetto. It is produced using the Méthode Charmat, in which the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This gentle vinification gives the Prosecco its particularly fine perlage and preserves the fresh fruit flavours in perfect balance.
