The Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC 2025, 11% ABV, in a 3-litre Jeroboam bottle combines the art of Italian sparkling wine with impressive presentation, making it the ideal choice for festive occasions, receptions and special celebrations. The renowned Villa Sandi winery has for decades been synonymous with high-quality Prosecco DOC wines that embody elegance, freshness and authentic Venetian flavour. In the generous 3-litre bottle, this Prosecco Rosé Millesimato comes into its own particularly impressively, whilst also offering the ideal conditions for harmonious ageing.


The cuvée is based on the Glera and Pinot Nero grape varieties, which are cultivated in selected vineyards in north-eastern Italy. The soils, consisting of marl and alluvial deposits, provide ideal conditions for aromatic and well-balanced grapes. After the white grapes have been gently pressed, the Pinot Nero is vinified separately and, through gentle maceration, contributes colour, structure and delicate fruit aromas. Both components are then blended to form the cuvée and undergo a second fermentation at controlled temperatures of 15 to 16 °C. After at least two months’ ageing on the lees, the sparkling wine develops its fine perlage and elegant structure. With a residual sugar content of 10 g/l and a balanced acidity of 5.5 g/l, this Italian Prosecco Rosé DOC impresses with its freshness, harmony and versatility.
