The Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC 2025, 11% ABV, in a 0.75-litre bottle combines the elegance of a high-quality Prosecco Rosé DOC with the long-standing sparkling wine tradition of the renowned Italian winery Villa Sandi. The cuvée is made from the Glera and Pinot Nero grape varieties and comes from selected vineyards in the north-eastern Italian regions of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The limestone- and marl-rich alluvial soils, together with the temperate climate, create ideal conditions for aromatic grapes with lively freshness and refined elegance.


The white Glera grapes are gently pressed, whilst the Pinot Nero develops its characteristic rosé colour and delicate structure following a gentle maceration period. Both base wines are then blended into the cuvée and fermented using selected yeasts according to the Charmat method at controlled temperatures of 15–16 °C. After at least two months of yeast ageing, the result is a harmonious Brut Prosecco Rosé Millesimato, which impresses with its fine perlage and balanced style. With a residual sugar content of 10 g/l, total acidity of 5.5 g/l and an alcohol content of 11 % vol., this 2025 vintage is fresh, elegant and versatile – perfect for festive occasions or relaxed moments of enjoyment.
