Made according to a closely guarded recipe from 56 select herbs, roots, flowers and fruits, it impresses with its harmonious balance of sweet, bitter and spicy notes. Since its introduction in 1934, Jägermeister has become one of the most popular herbal liqueurs in the world and is particularly enjoyable as an ice-cold shot or in creative cocktails.
The complex flavour is the result of a complex production process in which the natural ingredients are first macerated and then matured for several months in oak barrels. This allows Jägermeister to develop its deep, multi-layered flavours, which make it a unique experience both neat and mixed.
