The Villa Sandi Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG 11% vol. in a 0.75 l bottle comes from one of Italy’s most prestigious Prosecco regions and embodies the elegance and authenticity of a genuine Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG. The historic Villa Sandi winery is one of the region’s leading producers, combining centuries-old winemaking traditions with modern cellar technology.


The vineyards are situated on the hills of Montello and the Colli Asolani in the province of Treviso, north of Venice and at the foot of the Dolomites. The medium-depth, low-lime soils, together with the balanced climate featuring mild springs, warm summers and pleasant autumn temperatures, create optimal conditions for the Glera grape variety. The grapes come from certified vineyards managed to the ‘Biodiversity Friend’ standard, thereby promoting sustainable viticulture. After gentle pressing, the musts are aged under temperature-controlled conditions. The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15 to 16 °C, which ensures that the natural fruit aromas and characteristic freshness are optimally preserved. The result is a high-quality Prosecco Superiore DOCG from Veneto, which impresses with its fine effervescence, harmonious structure and elegant aromas.
