The Villa Sandi Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG 11% vol. in a 3-litre Jeroboam bottle epitomises first-class Italian sparkling wine culture and comes from the exclusive Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG wine-growing region in Veneto. The historic Villa Sandi winery is one of the region’s most renowned producers and is known for its elegant Prosecco specialities, characterised by their distinct terroir and the highest quality. The impressive 3-litre Jeroboam bottle makes this Prosecco the centrepiece of any celebration and is ideal for weddings, receptions and festive occasions.


The vineyards are situated on the hills of Montello and the Colli Asolani in the province of Treviso, at the foot of the Dolomites. The medium-depth, low-lime soils, together with the mild climate featuring warm summers and gentle autumn temperatures, provide ideal conditions for growing high-quality Glera grapes. The grapes come from certified vineyards that are sustainably managed in accordance with the ‘Biodiversity Friend’ guidelines. Following gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place, before the second fermentation is carried out at 15 to 16 °C. This ensures that the natural fruit aromas and the characteristic freshness of the grape variety are optimally preserved. The result is an elegant Prosecco Superiore DOCG that impressively combines freshness, finesse and terroir.
