The Villa Sandi Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG 11% vol. in a 1.5-litre magnum bottle represents the highest quality level in the world of Prosecco and comes from the renowned Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG wine-growing region in Veneto. The long-established Villa Sandi winery is one of the region’s most respected producers and is renowned for its elegant sparkling wines, characterised by their distinctive provenance and marked finesse.


The vineyards are situated on the hills of Montello and the Colli Asolani at the foot of the Dolomites in the province of Treviso. The low-lime, medium-depth soils, together with the mild climate featuring warm summers and gentle autumn temperatures, create ideal conditions for the production of high-quality Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines. The grapes come from certified vineyards that are managed in accordance with the ‘Biodiversity Friend’ guidelines, thereby promoting a sustainable approach to nature and the environment. Following gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place, followed by a second fermentation at 15 to 16 °C, which ensures that the delicate fruit aromas are optimally preserved. The elegant 1.5-litre magnum bottle is ideal for special occasions and also supports the harmonious development of the sparkling wine.
