Landy Cognac XO No. 1 is a premium XO cognac from France, which derives its complex character from a blend of carefully selected, long-aged eaux-de-vie. For this cuvée, eaux-de-vie from Fins Bois, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne are blended together. The distillates used have an average age of around 20 years, with some components having been aged for up to 25 years. This exceptionally long ageing period is significantly longer than the prescribed minimum ageing period for an XO cognac and lends the bottling additional depth and maturity. At the same time, the combination of different cognac crus allows the distinct characteristics of the respective regions of origin to be harmoniously blended.

Landy XO No. 1 Cognac epitomises traditional French savoir-faire in the production and blending of matured cognacs. Thanks to many years of cask ageing, the eaux-de-vie develop a distinctive structure, whilst the careful blending of the different crus ensures balance and complexity. With an alcohol content of 40 per cent, the cognac is bottled in a 0.7-litre bottle and presented in a gift box. The combination of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois, the high average age and the meticulous blending make Landy Cognac XO No. 1 particularly appealing to connoisseurs of long-aged French cognacs and an ideal gift choice.
