Casa Paladin is a well-known Italian winery in the Veneto region, specifically in the Valpolicella DOCG area. The winery has a rich history dating back to the 1960s, when Carlo Paladin founded it.

Casa Paladin’s winemaking philosophy is to combine tradition with modern techniques to produce wines that express the region’s unique terroir. The winery uses a combination of traditional methods and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of its wines.

Paladin’s intention in developing this speciality was to create a wine-based elixir. Extensive, intensive research, ancient recipes from the monastery and, later, the study of medicinal plants and rare essences led to its success. It was tasted time and again to achieve the perfect balance between the strength and character of the Raboso wine, the scent of ripe cherries and the intense aroma of high-quality spices.
