Tacama Demonio de los Andes Acholado is a premium pisco from Peru, produced by the long-established Tacama estate – one of the oldest wineries in South America. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., this pisco is classified as an ‘Acholado’, meaning it is produced from a carefully blended cuvée of various aromatic and non-aromatic grape varieties. This combination produces a complex and harmonious distillate that perfectly reflects the freshness and elegance of the grape varieties used.

Distillation is carried out using traditional methods in copper stills, utilising only the so-called ‘heart’ of the distillate – without the addition of any water or sugar. The result is a pure, expressive pisco that is ideal both for drinking neat and for use in sophisticated cocktails. The name ‘Demonio de los Andes’ refers to a historical figure who symbolises the powerful spirit of this Peruvian spirit.
