The name FIFTY ONE refers to the distinctive alcohol strength, which lends particular expression to the multi-layered aromas and presents the typical Slyrs style in a concentrated form.


Slyrs FIFTY ONE is a carefully composed cuvée of single malt whiskies matured for varying lengths of time in sherry, port and Sauternes casks. This combination creates an exceptional balance of fruitiness, spice and delicate sweetness. The different types of cask lend the whisky additional depth and complexity, whilst the robust 51% ABV brings out the full spectrum of flavours with particular intensity. The whisky is bottled at a lower drinking strength without dilution, thus offering an authentic and characterful tasting experience.
