Created in 2014 by the descendants of Indonesian Jacobus Alfons (known as Bobby) in collaboration with renowned jenever producer Herman Jansen, this gin is based on a traditional Indonesian recipe that has been reinterpreted with modern expertise.

Produced in Schiedam, a city with a centuries-old gin and jenever tradition, Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin combines the best of both worlds. The carefully selected eight botanicals, including cloves, coriander seeds, lemongrass, cubeb pepper, juniper, cinnamon, fennel seeds and rosehip, are distilled individually to optimally preserve their characteristic flavours. The distillates are then blended with the utmost precision to achieve a harmonious balance of spicy, fresh and floral notes.
