Daffy's Small Batch Premium Gin is an exquisite London Dry Gin, distilled with great care in small batches. It was developed by Chris Molyneaux, a former whisky distiller, and is characterised by its exceptionally smooth and complex aroma. The foundation of this gin is high-quality Lebanese juniper, renowned for its intense yet delicate notes.

In addition to juniper, carefully selected botanicals such as lemon peel, mint, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark and orris root are used. A distinctive feature is the use of Lebanese mint, which lends Daffy’s Gin a refreshing and slightly spicy note. The distillate is refined with Scottish spring water, which contributes to its remarkably smooth texture.
