Daffy's Small Batch Premium Gin is an exquisite London Dry Gin that is distilled with great care in small batches. It was developed by Chris Molyneaux, a former whisky distiller, and is characterised by its exceptionally smooth and complex aroma. The basis of this gin is high-quality Lebanese juniper, which is known for its intense yet subtle flavours.

In addition to juniper, carefully selected botanicals such as lemon peel, mint, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark and orris root are used. A special feature is the use of Lebanese mint, which gives Daffy's Gin a refreshing and slightly spicy flavour. The distillate is refined with Scottish spring water, which contributes to its remarkably smooth structure.
