Dictador BEST OF 1977 EXTREMO rum is an exclusive vintage rum bottling from Colombia, with an alcohol content of 42 per cent, in a 0.7-litre bottle. Dictador’s Best of Collection is dedicated to particularly old and select rum reserves from the company’s stocks, with each edition characterised by its respective vintage and individual cask character. This bottling focuses on the 1977 vintage. Within the Dictador Best of Collection, the designation ‘EXTREMO’ denotes a particularly high-quality and strictly selected Linie. The long ageing process under Colombia’s climatic conditions ensures an intensive interaction between the distillate and the wood, forming the basis for the complex character of this exceptional vintage rum.

The Dictador Best of 1977 Extremo is aimed particularly at collectors and connoisseurs who are specifically seeking out old Colombian rums and rare vintage bottlings. Unlike regular standard bottlings, the Best of Collection emphasises the individuality of selected cask reserves. Dictador’s decades of experience in selecting and maturing its rum reserves is particularly evident in this series. With its historic distillation year of 1977, its exceptionally long maturation period and an alcohol content of 42% vol., this premium rum is a true collector’s item. The 0.7-litre bottle is therefore particularly suitable for discerning rum collections, special anniversaries and exclusive tastings.
