Produced at the Kyoto Distillery, Japan’s first gin distillery, KI NO BI SEI reflects centuries-old Japanese craftsmanship. The ingredients are perfectly balanced: yellow yuzu provides fresh citrus notes, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress) add a subtle, woody nuance, whilst bamboo and goyokuro tea ensure a delicate balance and depth. Green sansho berries (Japanese peppercorns) lend the gin a pleasant heat and spicy complexity.
