Poli Cleopatra Moscato Oro Grappa is an exceptional, fine pomace brandy from Italy, produced by the long-established Poli distillery. Made from carefully selected Moscato pomace, this grappa undergoes a special distillation process known as ‘Crysopea’. In this modern, gentle process, distillation takes place in a water bath under vacuum and negative pressure, which allows the fine and delicate aromas of the pomace to be preserved to the full.

Following this special vacuum distillation, the Cleopatra Moscato Oro Grappa is left to rest for up to a year in high-quality French oak casks. During this maturation, the grappa not only acquires its smooth and harmonious character, but also develops complex nuances of vanilla, oak and subtle spices. Bottled at 40% ABV in a luxurious bottle and presented in a stylish gift box, this grappa offers a unique and elegant tasting experience and is ideal as a high-quality gift for connoisseurs and collectors.
