Description
The Lustau JARANA Fino is an outstanding dry sherry from the renowned Bodega Emilio Lustau in Jerez, Spain. This Fino sherry is produced from the Palomino grape variety using the traditional Solera and criadera system and is aged in American oak casks under a protective layer of flor yeast. This gives it its characteristic dry, fresh and slightly salty flavour, which perfectly captures the essence of the Andalusian climate.
With an alcohol content of 15% vol., this Fino offers a harmonious balance between freshness, elegance and depth. The name ‘Jarana’ means ‘festivity’ or ‘exuberance’ in Spanish and reflects the light, uncomplicated drinking pleasure this sherry offers.
