The Lustau JARANA Fino is an outstanding dry sherry from the renowned Bodega Emilio Lustau in Jerez, Spain. This fino sherry is produced using the traditional Solera and Criadera system from the Palomino grape variety and matures under a protective layer of flor yeast in American oak barrels. This allows it to develop its characteristically dry, fresh and slightly salty flavour, which perfectly captures the essence of the Andalusian climate.
With an alcohol content of 15% by volume, this fino offers a harmonious balance between freshness, elegance and depth. The name "Jarana" means "festivity" or "exuberance" in Spanish and reflects the light, uncomplicated drinking pleasure that this sherry offers.
