Description
The Lustau Emilio San Emilio PX Pedro Ximénez is a sweet sherry from the Andalusian city of Jerez de la Frontera and is made from the traditional Pedro Ximénez grape variety. After harvest, these grapes are dried under the hot Spanish sun, causing them to develop a high natural sugar content – the basis for this sherry’s particularly concentrated, syrupy character. The sherry is aged using the traditional Solera system, which lends the wine depth, complexity and an impressive richness of aroma.
With an alcohol content of 17% ABV, the Lustau Emilio offers an opulent yet harmonious tasting experience. It can be kept for around one year after opening, provided the bottle is stored in a cool, dark place. This Pedro Ximénez is ideal for enjoying in small quantities and is an excellent choice for lovers of full-bodied, sweet wines with depth.
