Mossburn ISLAND Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is an expressive expression from the premium Mossburn Signature Casks range, renowned for its innovative cask maturation and stylistic precision. This range has been developed to capture the distinctive characteristics of Scotland’s whisky regions and refine them through a special finish. It utilises specially designed casks, crafted to Mossburn’s own specifications.

The Island Blended Malt is based on a selection of characterful single malts from the Scottish islands and was initially matured in American oak casks. It then underwent a second maturation in so-called Cask Bill #1 casks – bespoke, copper-lined oak casks developed specifically for the Island malts. This secondary maturation intensifies the maritime, slightly smoky and spicy aromas for which whiskies from the island region are renowned.

With an alcohol content of 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and free from colourings, this blended malt presents itself in its natural, unadulterated form – powerful, authentic and rich in detail. The stylish gift box also makes it a visually striking highlight for connoisseurs.
