The historic Tomatin Distillery, situated in the Scottish Highlands, is renowned for its smooth, fruit-forward whiskies, which are characterised by careful cask selection.


Only single malt whisky that has been allowed to mature for at least eight years has been used for this bottling. It was matured in a combination of new American oak bourbon casks and sherry casks, resulting in a balanced and versatile flavour profile. Whilst the bourbon casks contribute notes of vanilla, honey and creamy sweetness, the sherry casks lend depth, spice and fruity aromas. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is pleasantly mild, approachable and perfectly balanced.
