Don Papa hails from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago, and this exceptional rum not only honours the heroes of the revolution but also celebrates the traditional craftsmanship of Philippine rum production.

Don Papa Rum Sherry Casks is made from high-quality sugar cane grown on the fertile, volcanic soils of Negros. After its initial maturation, it is aged for seven years at the foot of Mount Kanloan in American oak casks, which gives it a harmonious base. It is then given its distinctive finish in a blend of Palo Cortado, Fino, Cream and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which lend the rum additional depth and complexity.
