Bottled at 45% ABV in a generous 1-litre bottle, this fine spirit combines powerful oak notes with the characteristic elegance of a matured Agricole rum.

The Black Edition Alligator owes its name to the special barrel-charring process: the inner surfaces of the oak casks are heavily charred – this process, known as ‘Alligator Charring’, creates a deeply textured layer of charcoal reminiscent of alligator skin. This imparts an intense toasty aroma, distinctive spiciness and remarkable depth to the rum, whilst its fruity and sweet notes remain harmoniously integrated.
