Lajita Mezcal Artesanal Blanco is an authentic, traditionally produced mezcal from Mexico that showcases the pure flavour of the agave. Only Espadín agave is used in its production; this is slowly cooked in traditional earthen pits over open fires – a process that gives the mezcal its characteristic smoky undertone. Following fermentation and distillation, the mezcal is bottled without barrel ageing, allowing the Lajita Blanco to retain its clear, agave-typical aromas in their purest form.
