Lajita Mezcal Artesanal Blanco is an authentic, traditionally produced mezcal from Mexico that focuses on the unadulterated flavour of the agave. Produced in the Oaxaca region, the cultural centre of mezcal production, this Blanco Mezcal reflects the age-old craftsmanship of Mexican master distillers. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume and bottled in the classic 0.7-litre bottle, this mezcal stands for genuine originality, depth and regional identity.

Only Espadín agave is used for production, which is slowly cooked in traditional earth pits over open fires - a process that gives the mezcal its characteristic smoky flavour. After fermentation and distillation, it is bottled without being aged in barrels, allowing Lajita Blanco to retain its clear, agave-typical flavours in unadulterated form.
