The Hogshead Fine Old Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 43% ABV 0.7 l + GB is a characterful, smoky blended malt whisky, independently bottled by the renowned Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company. The whisky is named after the traditional cask size ‘Hogshead’, which translates as ‘pig’s head’ – a symbol that also adorns the label. It is bottled in alternating batches, the composition of which varies slightly each time, giving each edition its own individual character. In colour, the Hogshead presents a natural, warm amber hue – uncoloured and non-chill-filtered to preserve the pure, unadulterated flavour. On the palate, a harmonious blend of smoky, maritime notes, spicy oak, vanilla and a hint of dark chocolate unfolds – a whisky for connoisseurs who appreciate authenticity and depth.
