The grappa is produced using the traditional bagnomaria distillation method, in which the selected grapes are distilled in a water bath. This ensures a gentle extraction of the aromas and a high-quality end product. After distillation, the grappa is aged for at least three years in small oak casks, which lends it additional depth and complexity.
