As a ‘Sekt Austria Niederösterreich’ PDO, it is produced exclusively from Austrian grapes grown in Lower Austria. The carefully balanced cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder) and Welschriesling combines three classic white wine varieties and forms the basis for this elegant Brut sparkling wine from Austria. The Schlumberger Sparkling KLASSIK Brut is produced using traditional bottle fermentation, known as the Méthode Traditionnelle. During this process, the sparkling wine matures on the lees for at least 15 months, allowing its characteristic structure and fine perlage to develop. The ‘Sekt Austria’ quality classification highlights its Austrian origin and compliance with the relevant production standards. With an alcohol content of 12% in the 0.75-litre bottle, this Austrian Brut sparkling wine is ideal both as a stylish aperitif and as a versatile accompaniment to meals. The bottle bears the distinctive Schlumberger winery dot, which signifies traditional production.
