Mhoba American Oak Aged is matured in the distillery’s own charred American white oak casks, which give it its golden colour as well as notes of vanilla, oak and toasted aromas. Distillation takes place in small batches using in-house pot stills, giving the rum a distinctive identity and artisanal precision.
