Produced by Capulet & Montague and named after the French naturalist Aimé Bonpland, this rum embodies a spirit of discovery and exceptional quality. The Caribbean rums used, sourced from Trinidad, Jamaica and Guyana, are first carefully matured and then brought to Germany, where they undergo a second, particularly defining stage of maturation.


Bonpland Rum Rouge VSOP is double-aged in Pinot Noir barriques from the renowned VDP winery Friedrich Becker, which gives it its delicate fruity notes, depth and structure. Under the guidance of Master Blender Andreas Vallendar, the result is a rum that captivates with its precision, balance and authenticity. The result is an elegantly composed rum that combines the power of tropical distillates with the finesse of German red wine culture.
