This exclusive limited-edition rum combines hand-selected rums from Guyana and Barbados, each of which has been aged for at least 10 years in its country of origin. The first stage of ageing takes place traditionally in ex-bourbon casks, which imparts structure, depth and a distinct core character. After the individual distillates have been carefully blended, the mixture is aged for a further five years in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which gives this double-aged rum its exceptional elegance and aromatic depth.
