Inspired by Mexico’s mystical cenotes – the sacred, crystal-clear water sources of the Maya – this tequila embodies purity, freshness and exceptional quality.

Production begins with the careful selection of 100% blue agave, which thrives in the mineral-rich volcanic soils of Jalisco. After being harvested using traditional methods, the agave hearts are slowly cooked and then processed using a double pot-still distillation to produce a particularly smooth and aromatic distillate. A distinctive feature of this Blanco is its brief ageing for three weeks in American oak casks, which imparts a delicate, subtle woody note that perfectly complements its fresh agave aromas. With an alcohol content of 40 per cent by volume, it is smooth yet powerful.
