Se Busca Mezcal Artesanal Joven 40% vol. 0.7 l is an authentic, artisanally produced mezcal that captures the soul of Mexico in every bottle. The name ‘Se Busca’, which means ‘Wanted’ in Spanish, symbolises the quest for freedom, tradition and character – everything that sets this mezcal apart.

Made from 100% Maguey Espadín (Agave angustifolia), this mezcal comes from Oaxaca, arguably the best-known region for mezcal production. The agave hearts, also known as ‘piñas’, are roasted in traditional earth pits over wood and hot stones, which gives the mezcal its characteristic smoky notes. After fermentation with natural yeasts, it is double-distilled in copper stills to achieve a harmonious balance between smoke, fruit and spices. As a ‘Joven’ (young) mezcal, it is bottled without barrel ageing, ensuring that its authentic agave aroma is preserved. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., it is pleasantly robust, yet smooth and approachable.
