The Baerenman Distillery is located in the Pannonian region, surrounded by the highest peaks of Austria's majestic Alps. The crystal-clear waters of the Leitha River and the almost untouched flora and fauna of the surrounding forests have a decisive influence on Baerenman products. These natural elements give the spirits flavours that reflect the typical character of this unique region.

Bærenman Dry Pinkster Gin impresses not only with its eye-catching bottle and bright colour, but above all with its infusion of sun-ripened raspberries, which give it an intense aroma and unmistakable taste.

To make it, freshly harvested Austrian raspberries from local farmers are soaked in 96% alcohol and macerated. After gentle distillation, a raspberry spirit with an alcohol content of around 75% is produced, which is then mixed with Bærenman London Dry Gin. The exact mixing ratio remains the well-kept secret of the master distiller. Finally, fresh Austrian mountain water is added to bring the alcohol content down to drinking strength.

The result is Bærenman Dry Pinkster Gin - a refreshing and fruity gin flavour that is ideal for the summer.
