The grapes come from the traditional Prosecco regions of the province of Treviso in Veneto, where moraine hills and alluvial soils create ideal conditions for high-quality Prosecco Treviso DOC. The vineyards are cultivated using simple trellis, double-arch and radial training systems, with around 2,300 vines per hectare. Following gentle whole-bunch pressing, the must is stored under temperature-controlled conditions and then fermented at 15–16 °C to optimally preserve the delicate fruit and floral aromas. The second fermentation takes place under controlled conditions and ensures the elegant and delicately persistent effervescence of this Brut Prosecco from Italy.
