Villa Sandi is particularly famous for its Prosecco production. The grapes grow on the hilly landscapes of Valdobbiadene, where the microclimate and mineral-rich soils provide ideal conditions for cultivation. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand to ensure the best possible quality. Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Treviso Brut is a typical wine of the Veneto region, grown in the province of Treviso in the Prosecco DOC area. The grapes grow on hills of morainic origin and on alluvial soils of the plain, creating ideal conditions for viticulture.

The whole grapes, gently pressed in a pneumatic press, yield a must which, after an initial racking, is transferred to temperature-controlled tanks where it remains until further processing. The must, which is mixed with specially selected yeast cultures from Villa Sandi, is transferred to tanks where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. As soon as the desired alcohol and sugar content is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling. After a short settling period, the sparkling wine is ready for bottling, which is sealed with a natural cork.
