Alfred Wermut Dry Vermouth 17% ABV 0.75 l is an outstanding example of modern Austrian vermouth culture and comes from the long-established Gölles distillery in Southern Styria. This dry vermouth was created with the utmost care and artisanal finesse by the father-and-son duo Alois and Manfred Gölles. Whilst Alois Gölles brings decades of experience as a master distiller to the table, Manfred, as a barman, lends the product a modern, internationally influenced signature. The result is a particularly clear, precise and stylish dry vermouth, whose aromas and complexity will delight even the most discerning palates.
The base is an elegant white wine, refined with a blend of over 30 selected herbs, spices, flowers and roots. The flavour profile is deliberately kept dry to bring the delicate botanical notes to the fore whilst creating a particularly clean mouthfeel.
