The Nuestra Soledad Mezcal Joven Lachiguí Miahuatlán is an outstanding example of artisanal mezcal from the renowned region of Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The Nuestra Soledad Linie is dedicated exclusively to showcasing different terroirs and master distillers (Maestros Mezcaleros), in order to highlight the flavour diversity and authenticity of traditional mezcal. This bottling comes from the small village of Lachiguí Miahuatlán, known for its mineral-rich soils and high-altitude agave fields.

This mezcal is made from 100 % Espadín agaves, which have matured for several years under the Oaxacan sun. The agave hearts are roasted in earthen pits over open flint stones, then crushed using a mule-powered mill, fermented and double-distilled in small copper stills. With a robust alcohol content of 48 % vol., the Mezcal Joven (unaged) unfolds a complex and intense flavour profile – entirely free from additives, colourings or industrial influences.
